When a pregnant woman is registered, she is immediately shown in the TrueNat card without completing the TB Screening form.

Additionally:

• The card shows an orange “Pending” button initially
• After completing TB Screening, the same card button changes to grey “Pending”, which creates inconsistency in status representation

Steps to Reproduce

1. Register a pregnant beneficiary
2. Navigate to TrueNat screen immediately after registration
3. Observe the presence of the beneficiary card
4. Complete TB Screening form
5. Re-check the TrueNat card status

Actual Result

• Beneficiary appears in TrueNat card before TB Screening completion
• Shows orange “Pending” button initially
• After TB Screening completion, button changes to grey “Pending”

Expected Result

• Beneficiary should move to TrueNat card only after completing TB Screening
• This should apply irrespective of symptomatic/asymptomatic status
• Button/status should remain consistent and logically mapped to flow stage
