Two related duplication issues were observed during field testing:

      1. ProRAD/StopTB App — duplicate work orders: The ProRAD software received duplicate work orders from the StopTB App, even though the app had sent only a single request. This suggests the request is either being sent twice from the app side, or the ProRAD system is registering one request as two work orders.
      2. TrueNat — duplicate names on screen: Separately, after the TrueNat device threw an error on connecting to the router, the team restarted the dongle and reconnected the device (per ProRAD team's instructions), after which referrals became visible in TrueNat again. However, once referrals reappeared, duplicate beneficiary names were displayed on the TrueNat screen.

Expected behavior: A single request from the StopTB App should generate exactly one work order in ProRAD, and each beneficiary/referral should appear exactly once in the TrueNat referral list, even after a reconnect/resync.

      Actual behavior:

        • One work order request from the StopTB App resulted in duplicate work orders on the ProRAD side.
        • After a dongle/device restart and reconnect, the TrueNat screen showed duplicate entries for the same beneficiary's name(s).
