When a 1-month regimen (1HP) is selected in TPT Regimen Advised, the system incorrectly allows:

• Multiple follow-up visits
• Selection of “Completed” in TPT outcome status
• Even after marking as Completed, the Follow-up is still enabled
• The Fill button remains active (red) instead of being disabled

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Household Members
2. Select a member → Open TPT Follow Up
3. Choose regimen: 1HP (1 month)
4. Enter start date & submit
5. Complete one follow-up and select TPT Outcome Status = Completed
6. Navigate back to Examination Forms / Follow-up History
7. Observe follow-up options

Actual Result

• Multiple follow-up visits are still allowed
• “Completed” status does not restrict further follow-ups
• Fill button remains enabled (red)
• System does not lock or stop further entries

Expected Result

• For 1-month regimen (1HP):
  • Only one follow-up should be allowed
  • After selecting Completed,
    • No further follow-ups should be enabled
    • Fill button should be disabled/hidden
    • Status should be locked
