Actual Result:

• Synced count for “TB Confirmed” keeps increasing automatically
• Count does not match actual submitted/synced records

Expected Result:

• Synced count should only increase when new records are successfully synced
• Count should accurately reflect actual synced data
• No automatic or duplicate increment without action
