STOP TB Sprint 5
In the Adverse Drug Reactions section of the TPT Follow-Up form, multiple functional and UI issues are observed:
- Mandatory validation is missing – The field does not enforce mandatory selection where required.
- Multi-selection is not allowed – Users are unable to select multiple adverse reactions, whereas this field should support multiple selections.
- Conditional enablement missing – The field should only be enabled when “Any discomfort” is selected as ‘Yes’, but currently it is active regardless of the selection.
- Dropdown UI issue – For long values, the dropdown list is not fully visible, causing truncation and poor usability.
Steps to Reproduce:
- Navigate to TPT Follow-Up form
- Go to Adverse Drug Reactions section
- Try selecting multiple options
- Observe field behavior without selecting “Any discomfort = Yes”
- Open dropdown and check visibility of long values
Actual Result:
- Mandatory validation is not enforced
- Only single selection is allowed
- Field is enabled even when “Any discomfort” is not selected as Yes
- Dropdown values are not fully visible (UI truncation issue)
Expected Result:
- Field should be mandatory when applicable
- Multiple selections should be allowed
- Field should be enabled only when “Any discomfort = Yes”
- Dropdown should properly display full values without truncation
