After successfully submitting the TPT Follow-Up form, when the user clicks on the Back button, the application becomes unresponsive and the screen gets stuck. The user is unable to navigate back or perform any action, and the only way to continue is by force closing (killing) the application and reopening it.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to TB Confirmed List
2. Select a beneficiary
3. Click on Contact Tracing → TPT Follow-Up form
4. Fill all required details
5. Submit the form
6. Click on the Back button

Actual Result:

• Back button does not work
• Screen becomes unresponsive/stuck
• User cannot navigate further
• App needs to be force closed to continue

Expected Result:

• User should be able to navigate back smoothly after form submission
• App should redirect to the previous screen (Contact Tracing / List screen) without any issue
