When the tablet loses connection (for example on power failure) and comes back online, the referral record for fetching the X-ray result reverts to "Track" status instead of showing "Retry"; the correct Retry state appears only after a log-out and log-in, even though the camp, X-ray, and TrueNat devices all show connected status. The same behaviour occurs in the TrueNat section. Status should refresh to Retry automatically once the tablet reconnects.
