MMU offline laptop to central server sync

      The van-to-server data upload from the offline MMU laptop fails. Data Sync > Data Upload returns "Http failure response for http://localhost:8080/mmu-api/dataSyncActivity/van-to-server: 504 Gateway Time-out", with no records transferred. Camp data therefore cannot be pushed to the central server after the camp closes. Needs investigation of the API gateway
