In the Contact Tracing module, the screens for Community Contacts and Occupational Contacts contain section headers such as:

• “Contact & Exposure Details”
• “Occupation & Exposure Details”

However, these headers appear redundant because the main screen title (header) at the top already clearly indicates the context (e.g., Community Contacts, Occupational Contacts).

Displaying these additional section headers leads to unnecessary UI duplication and occupies extra screen space, which affects overall readability and user experience.

Suggestion:

• Remove the redundant section headers:
  • Contact & Exposure Details
  • Occupation & Exposure Details
• Retain only the main screen header for better clarity and cleaner UI
