As per PRD, when the user selects “Other Place” under the “Place of Exposure” and "Other" under the Relationship with Community Contacts section, an input field for specifying the Other Place and Other becomes enabled. This field should be mandatory.

However, currently, even after selecting “Other Place” and "Other", the user is able to proceed/submit the form without entering any value in the Other Place and Other field.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open Community Contacts form
2. Go to Relationship with Community contacts section
3. Select “Other” checkbox
4. Go to Place of Exposure section
5. Select “Other Place” checkbox
6. Do not enter any value in the Other Place input field
7. Click on Submit

Actual Result:

Form is submitted successfully without entering value in Other Place field.

Expected Result:

• Other Place field should be mandatory when selected
• User should not be able to submit without entering value
• Proper validation message should be displayed
