When a married beneficiary is registered, the system correctly shows the “Register Wife” / “Register Husband” button initially.

However, after adding the spouse via Add Member, the same “Register Husband/Wife” button still continues to appear, which is incorrect.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Register a married beneficiary (e.g., Male)
2. Observe “Register Wife” button is displayed
3. Click and add spouse using Add Member
4. Navigate back to All Beneficiaries list
5. Observe the same beneficiary card

Expected Result:

• Once spouse is added:
  • “Register Husband/Wife” button should be hidden/disabled
  • System should recognize spouse is already registered

Actual Result:

• “Register Husband/Wife” button still visible even after spouse registration
• Allows duplicate spouse entries
