The progress bar on the TB Confirmed List screen is getting updated incorrectly when performing actions under the Contact Tracing section.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to TB Confirmed List screen
2. Select any beneficiary (e.g., Bunny V)
3. Click on Contact Tracing
4. In the bottom sheet, click on:
   • Community Contacts OR
   • Occupational Contacts
5. Observe the progress bar status (A → B → C progression)

Expected Result:

• Progress bar should only reflect counselling stage progress
• Clicking on Contact Tracing options should NOT impact or update the progress bar

Actual Result:

• Progress bar increases/updates when clicking on Contact Tracing options
• This creates incorrect workflow representation
