STOP TB Sprint 4, STOP TB Sprint 5
When the user selects “No” for referral in both Chest X-ray and Truenat, and submits the form with a denial reason (e.g., {}Patient refused{_}), the system does not retain the correct selection.
After submission and when revisiting the record or after result processing:
- The system incorrectly shows “Yes” in the conducted field
- Diagnostic results are generated and displayed
- System behaves as if tests were conducted, even though the patient refused
Steps to Reproduce:
- Navigate to Referral module
- Select:
- Chest X-ray → No
- Truenat → No
- Provide denial reason (e.g., Patient refused)
- Click Submit
- Reopen the same record / wait for result sync
- Observe the fields
Expected Result:
- Selected value “No” should persist for both modules
- Denial reason should be saved and displayed correctly
- No “conducted” status should be marked as Yes
- No diagnostic results should be generated or shown
Actual Result:
- Value changes from “No” → “Yes” automatically
- “Conducted” field shows Yes
- Results are generated and displayed
- System treats the case as completed diagnostics
