In the Non-Household Beneficiaries module, the “Register Husband” / “Register Wife” button should not be present.

Although the button is visible on the UI, it does not respond to user interaction (tap/click), preventing users from proceeding with spouse registration.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login to the application
2. Navigate to Non-Household Beneficiaries
3. Observe any beneficiary card

Actual Result

• Button is showing.
• No navigation or response after tapping

Expected Result

• Button should be removed.
• On click:
  • User should be navigated to spouse registration flow/screen
