On the Household Members screen for the Registrar role:

• General Examination button is visible, which should not be accessible to Registrar (Nurse module feature).
• Anthropometry Screen is displayed as a separate button, whereas it should only be accessible within the “Examine” flow, not as a standalone action.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Login as Registrar
2. Navigate to Household Members
3. Observe beneficiary card

Actual Result

• General Examination button is visible 
• Anthropometry Screen button is shown separately 
• Examine (0/2) button is also present, causing duplication/confusion

Expected Result

• General Examination should NOT be visible at all for Registrar 
• Anthropometry should NOT be a separate button 
• Registrar should only see:
  • Examine (0/2)
  • Inside Examine → both forms (TB Screening / Anthropometry)
