TB Suspected count is gradually increasing automatically without any new suspected TB case being added or modified by the user. The count value is inconsistent and keeps increasing on refresh or over time, indicating a possible issue in sync logic or duplicate data aggregation.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to the application to Nurse Module.
2. Navigate to Dashboard / Sync status screen
3. Observe TB Suspected count
4. Refresh the screen OR re-login OR perform sync
5. Compare the TB Suspected count value

Actual Result:

• TB Suspected count increases automatically (e.g., from 1155 → 1473) without any new entries
• No corresponding data is visible matching the increased count

Expected Result:

• TB Suspected count should remain consistent
• Count should increase only when new suspected TB cases are added
• No duplicate or incorrect aggregation should occur
