Multiple issues have been observed related to TB Screening form synchronization and examination form status.

      *Issues Observed*

      1. *Examination Status Mismatch*

      • After successfully syncing the TB Screening form and completing forms up to *General Examination (3/4), reopening the **Examination Forms* screen shows all forms as *"Fill"* (unfilled). However, the beneficiary card still displays *"Examine 3/4"*, resulting in inconsistent status.

      2. *Nurse Unable to View Synced TB Screening Data*

      • Sometimes, after the Registrar fills the TB Screening form and logs out, the Nurse can see the completed TB Screening details only for a few seconds. The data then disappears automatically, and the *"Fill"* button becomes enabled again, allowing the Nurse to refill the form.

      3. *TB Screening Data Lost in Registrar Login*

      • Sometimes, after the Registrar submits the TB Screening form, clicking *View* and then returning back on beneficiary list screen causes the submitted data to disappear. Additionally, form synchronization takes a significant amount of time.

      *Actual Result*

      • Examination form status is inconsistent with the beneficiary progress.
      • Synced TB Screening data disappears intermittently for the Nurse.
      • Submitted TB Screening data is sometimes lost even in the Registrar login.
      • Data synchronization is significantly delayed.

      *Expected Result*

      • Examination form status should remain consistent across all screens.
      • Submitted TB Screening data should remain available for all authorized users.
      • Submitted data should persist after reopening the form.
      • Synchronization should complete promptly, and the latest data should be reflected consistently across roles.
