Reword "Suspected" to "Presumptive" across the application UI

      Replace the term "Suspected" with "Presumptive" wherever it appears in the application UI (screens, labels, referral cards, list/card headers, line listings, dashboard) to align with programme terminology.

      Scope:

      • UI-only change. The STOP TB PRD already uses "Presumptive" throughout (e.g. "Presumptive TB Cases" module); this ticket brings the app UI in line with that terminology.
      • Update all UI labels and any list/card headers currently displaying "Suspected."
      • No change to underlying logic, only the display term.
