Add a field to capture the total number of members living in the household during New Household registration (Family Details section).

Requirements (as per STOP TB PRD, New Household Registration Form - Family Details):

• Field label: "Total number of members living in the HH"
• Field type: Number picker
• Only whole numbers allowed. No decimals or fractions.
• Purpose: helps address door-lock cases (capture expected household size when full member registration is not possible).
