There are critical data issues observed in the Beneficiary listing:

1. Duplicate Beneficiary Records:
   • Same beneficiary is appearing multiple times in the list.
   • This leads to confusion and possible duplicate actions on the same record.
2. Incorrect Registration Date:
   • For some duplicate records, the Registration Date is displayed as 01/01/1970.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Register or sync beneficiaries in the system.
2. Navigate to Beneficiary list screen.
3. Observe the list of beneficiaries.
4. Identify duplicate entries for the same beneficiary.
5. Check the Registration Date for duplicated records.

Expected Result:

• Each beneficiary should appear only once in the list.
• Registration Date should display correct actual registration date.
• No default/system date (01/01/1970) should be shown.

Actual Result:

• Duplicate beneficiary records are displayed.
• Some records show Registration Date as 01/01/1970.
