Add a new indicator/card on the Dashboard tab showing the number of beneficiaries flagged as presumptive TB, i.e. any "Yes" response to any verbal question in the TB Screening module ("Is beneficiary asymptomatic" = "No").

Requirements (as per STOP TB PRD, Dashboard section):

• Auto-populate based on the selected Time Period and Village filters.
• Total count shown in bold.
• Sex/age disaggregation consistent with other dashboard cards: Male, Female, Children (<15 yrs), Others.
• Logic: count beneficiaries where any starred verbal screening question = Yes in TB Screening.
