      After completing the full follow-up cycle (e.g., 6-month treatment) for a confirmed TB beneficiary, the beneficiary is no longer visible in the TB Confirmed List.

      This behavior is unexpected, as the beneficiary record should still be accessible for tracking, history, or status verification.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Select a beneficiary from TB Confirmed List.
      2. Complete counselling and follow-up process.
      3. Continue follow-ups until treatment completion (e.g., Month-6).
      4. Submit final follow-up.
      5. Navigate back to TB Confirmed List.
      6. Search for the same beneficiary.

      Expected Result:

      • Beneficiary should still be visible in the TB Confirmed List.

      Actual Result:

      • Beneficiary is not visible in TB Confirmed List after completing follow-up.
      • No alternate section/list available to track completed cases.
