Show an alert for Presumptive TB case:
Scenario-1:
If any one of the question with "*"  in the symptomatic TB screening is yes, then show this below alert to the User.

"Presumptive TB case!
Refer to X-ray and collect sputum for Truenat test." 

Scenario-2:

If any one of the question with * and ** or only ** in the symptomatic TB screening is yes, then show this below alert to the User.

"Presumptive TB case!
Refer to X-ray and collect sputum for Truenat test." and 

Advise screening of all family members."

Note: These beneficiaries should show in referral list of  X-ray and Truenat test.
