Changes in Household Registration:
This is temporarily requirement to convert below mentioned mandatory field as optional.
As a User I should able to complete the Household Registration mostly with all optional fields, except "First Name of Head of the family".
such that only "First Name of Head of the family" is mandatory field and proceed as usual.
