Diagnosis Showing as "N/A" in Counselling When Data Entered via Suspected TB Screen

      Diagnosis data is displayed as "N/A" in the Counselling screen even when diagnostic details are filled in the Suspected TB case screen.

      Although the Diagnostics and Suspected TB screens contain similar fields, when users complete the diagnostic-related inputs via the Suspected TB screen and the beneficiary moves to Confirmed stage, the data is not reflected in Counselling.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Perform TB Screening and select "Yes".
      2. Beneficiary moves to Suspected TB case.
      3. Fill all diagnostic-related fields in the Suspected TB screen (e.g., X-ray, True NAT, etc.).
      4. Submit the Suspected TB form.
      5. Beneficiary moves to Confirmed case.
      6. Click on Start Counselling.
      7. Observe Diagnosis field in Counselling Overview.

      Expected Result:

      • Diagnosis data entered in Suspected TB screen should be reflected in Counselling.
      • OR system should clearly define source of diagnosis (Suspected vs Diagnostics module).
      • Diagnosis should not display as "N/A" if data is already available.

      Actual Result:

      • Diagnosis field shows "N/A" in Counselling.
      • Data entered in Suspected TB screen is not considered.
