Data Sync & State Inconsistency When Same Counselling Officer Logs in on Multiple Devices

      When the same Counselling Officer logs in on two different devices simultaneously, data inconsistency and sync issues are observed across devices.

      After completing counselling on one device, the updated state is not properly reflected on the second device.

      Issues Observed:

      1. Follow-Up Button Not Visible on Second Device:
        • On Device 1: After completing Sections A–E and submitting, the "Follow-Up" button is visible.
        • On Device 2: Section answers are visible, but the "Follow-Up" button is not shown.
      2. Re-submission Required on Second Device:
        • On Device 2, user has to again click "Start Counselling" and re-submit to see the Follow-Up button.
      3. Follow-Up Data Not Synced:
        • Follow-Up section data filled on Device 1 is not visible on Device 2.
      4. Status Mismatch Across Devices:
        • On Device 1: Beneficiary status is shown as "Counselled".
        • On Device 2: Status does not update unless follow-up is filled again.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Login with the same Counselling Officer on Device 1 and Device 2.
      2. On Device 1:
        • Complete counselling Sections A–E.
        • Submit form.
      3. On Device 2:
        • Open the same beneficiary record.
        • Observe sections, buttons, and status.

       

      Expected Result:

      • Data should be synced in real-time or near real-time across devices.
      • Follow-Up button should be visible on both devices after counselling completion.
      • Follow-Up data should be consistent across devices.
      • Beneficiary status should update consistently on all devices.

      Actual Result:

      • Follow-Up button missing on second device.
      • Follow-Up data not synced.
      • Status mismatch between devices.
      • Rework required on second device to reflect updates.
