      When the user clicks on the "Start Counselling" button, the Counselling Overview screen takes a significantly long time to load.

      A loading spinner is displayed for an extended duration, and in some cases, the screen appears to be stuck, impacting usability.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Navigate to beneficiary details / relevant module.
      2. Click on "Start Counselling" button.
      3. Observe the loading behavior.

      Expected Result:

      • Counselling Overview screen should load within acceptable time.
      • Smooth transition without prolonged loading spinner.

      Actual Result:

      • Screen takes excessive time to load.
      • Loader/spinner is displayed for a long duration.
      • User experiences delay or potential hang.
