Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login as Nurse.
2. Navigate to the all Beneficiary .
3. Click on examine
4. click on fill in diagnostics
5. Observe the fields displayed in the Diagnostics section.

Expected Result:

• The Date field should be displayed in the Diagnostics section as per PRD.
• The field should be mandatory.
• The default value should be Today's Date.
• The selected date should not be greater than Today's Date.
• The selected date should be greater than or equal to the Beneficiary Registration Date.
• The field should become non-editable after submission.

Actual Result:

• The Date field is not displayed in the Diagnostics section.
• Users are unable to enter or validate the diagnosis date.
• The expected validations and post-submission restrictions cannot be verified.
