Beneficiary Status Not Updating to "Counselled" After Completing Counselling Workflow

      After completing all counselling sections and successfully submitting the counselling form, the beneficiary status is not getting updated to "Counselled".

      As per expected workflow and PRD, once counselling is completed with all mandatory fields filled and status marked as "Complete", the beneficiary record should reflect the updated status as "Counselled".

      However, currently the status remains unchanged even after successful completion and submission.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Navigate to Counselling module.
      2. Open a beneficiary record.
      3. Complete all sections (A, B, C, etc.) with valid inputs.
      4. Set "Counselling completion status" to "Complete".
      5. Click Submit.
      6. Navigate back to the beneficiary list / confirmed TB cases list.
      7. Check the status of the beneficiary.

      Expected Result:

      • Beneficiary status should update to "Counselled".
      • Status should be visible correctly in the list view and record details.

      Actual Result:

      • Beneficiary status does not update.
      • Status remains unchanged even after completing counselling.
