3. *"Not Applicable"* is not selected by default in the *"Key Population / Risk Factors"* field, contrary to the specified requirement.
4. The "Type of Residential Area" field displays "Unknown" for all beneficiaries, despite different values being entered during beneficiary registration.

*Actual Result:*

• Incorrect beneficiary age displayed in General Examination.
• "Referral to HWC needed" field is not available.
• No default selection is applied in the Key Population / Risk Factors field.
• Type of Residential Area displays "Unknown" for all beneficiaries.

*Expected Result:*

• Beneficiary age should match the age shown on the beneficiary card.
