Multiple issues have been identified in the General Examination module affecting data display, field availability, and default value behavior.
*Issues Observed:*
1. Beneficiary age is displayed as *0 years* in the General Examination section for all beneficiaries, while the beneficiary card displays the different age.
2. The *"Referral to HWC needed"* field is missing from the General Examination module.
3. *"Not Applicable"* is not selected by default in the *"Key Population / Risk Factors"* field, contrary to the specified requirement.
4. The "Type of Residential Area" field displays "Unknown" for all beneficiaries, despite different values being entered during beneficiary registration.
*Actual Result:*
- Incorrect beneficiary age displayed in General Examination.
- "Referral to HWC needed" field is not available.
- No default selection is applied in the Key Population / Risk Factors field.
- Type of Residential Area displays "Unknown" for all beneficiaries.
*Expected Result:*
- Beneficiary age should match the age shown on the beneficiary card.
- "Referral to HWC needed" field should be displayed as per requirements.
- "Not Applicable" should be selected by default in the Key Population / Risk Factors field.
- Type of Residential Area should display the value entered during beneficiary registration (e.g., Rural, Urban, Slum, etc.).
