Sync Issue Observed in Household Registration

      A sync issue is observed during Household Registration. The household record is created successfully; however, the data does not sync properly, resulting in the record remaining in an unsynced state.

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Login to the application.
      2. Navigate to Household Registration.
      3. Create a new household and save the record.
      4. Attempt to sync the data.
      5. Observe the sync status.

      Actual Result:
      Household registration data fails to sync successfully.

      Expected Result:
      Household registration data should sync successfully and be reflected on the server without any errors.
