Validation error messages are not getting cleared or refreshed after the user selects a valid value in required fields across multiple forms (e.g., Follow-Up to TU screen).

Even after selecting "Yes" or "No" for mandatory radio button fields, the error message ("This field is required") continues to be displayed.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Navigate to any form (e.g., Follow-Up to TU screen).
2. Click Submit without selecting values → validation errors appear.
3. Now select valid options (Yes/No) for the fields.
4. Observe the validation messages.

Expected Result:

• Validation error messages should disappear immediately after selecting a valid value.
• UI should reflect the updated valid state of the field.

Actual Result:

• Error messages ("This field is required") remain visible even after valid selection.
• No real-time validation update is happening.
