Additionally, there is a noticeable UI flickering/loading issue:

• The "Location Details" section is displayed first when the screen loads.
• After a brief moment, the entire screen loads, causing a poor user experience.

1. Open the application.
2. Navigate to New Household Registration screen.
3. Observe the screen while it is loading.

Expected Result:

• The entire screen should load uniformly without partial rendering.
• The "Location Details" section should align properly with other UI components in terms of spacing, layout, and styling.
