In TB screening, values of symptomatic key is saving incorrect and vice versa. 

Steps to Reproduce:-

1. Complete TB screening of a beneficiary.
2. Select No in all questions.
3. Now observe last field "is beneficiary asymptomatic" field.
4. Now go to Database and observe the symptomatic column.

Expected Result:-

In symptomatic column value should show "No".

Actual Result:-

Currently it is showing Yes in the column and vice versa.
