Village name as address as default

      In HH registration, address fields are optional, if address fields such as house number, ward, mohalla etc are filled during HH registration, then fill the address line as it is in HoF registration. If address is not filled during HH registration (as it is optional) then show "Village Name" in "Address" field by default.
