In new HH registration, give a checkbox for mobile number unavailability same as given in beneficiary registration.

Disable the mobile number checkbox if mobile number is auto filled.

On adding family members, if mobile number field is pre filled (HoF mobile number) then option for "whose mobile number" is showing "Self" instead of family head. Also in this case the checkbox should be disabled if a mobile number is prefilled from previous registration form.
