When Beneficiary is moving from Suspected to Confirmed TB cases than it is still showing in Suspected TB cases.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Complete Screening of a beneficiary in Suspected TB cases.
2. Observe the alert.
3. Now go to Confirm TB cases and observe beneficiary.
4. Now go to Suspected TB cases and observe beneficiary.

Expected Result:

Beneficiary should not display in Suspected TB cases. As it moved to Confirm TB cases.

Actual Result:

Beneficiary is still showing in Suspected and Confirm TB cases both.
