Make a separate line list section for unscreened population of a Village should be shown in the Dashboard.

1. In Dashboard >> "Unscreened"

2. In the beneficiary registration collect proper reason  for not attending the camp (reason ex: Migrant, bed redden, disabled, deny, etc).

1. Unscreened population:
Definition of Unscreened:

Total enumerated beneficiaries in a village, by default mark as "Unscreened";

By default show all registered beneficiaries under "Unscreened" list

Once any of the below Screening is completed, mark status as respectively:

There should be a provision to mark beneficiaries as Unscreened or screened

Definition of Screened:

In screened, there are 3 stages of screening as follows:

1. TB symptoms Screening (verbal questions): if this is done “Symptoms Screened”
2. Chest X- Ray - Screening: if this is done “Chest X- Ray Done”
3. Trunat Test – Screening: if this is done “Trunat Test Done”

Every beneficiary record should have status fag as follows: (This applicable in Household Members list, All Beneficiaries list, Non-Household list and Unscreened list).
This should be in infographic, like with icon, status and result. (refer to attached image)

• Screened (Symptoms Screening)
• X- Ray
• Trunat

2. In the beneficiary registration add below new fields:

Are you available to attend the camp? Yes/ No

If “No” is selected enable below “Reason for not attending”  

“Reason for not attending the camp” is a dropdown with these items:

• Out of Station
• Bed ridden
• Disabled/ Handicapped person
• Other

If “Other” is selected, enable a textbox (50 characters, allow alphabets only)

If “No” is selected mark as “Unscreened”

Note: At any time any “Unscreened” person status can be changed when he is screened
