This ticket will be addressed in 2 phases.

End goal is that any details that are collected from the field must be linked to health record and the beneficiary must be able to view the details of the encounter in their PHR app.

Phase 2
Device integration.
Here the XRay image and Trunat results can be pushed to the health record and shared with the beneficiary. This will created as a separate ticket after discussion with the team.
