When every result of a beneficiary is positive, Application display "This Beneficiary now qualifies for Confirmed TB Cases" but beneficiary is not moving to Confirm TB case and still showing in Suspected TB cases.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Suspected TB cases module.
2. Complete screening of a beneficiary with all Results positive.
3. Observe the alert display.
4. Now go to Confirmed TB cases.
5. And, now observe that beneficiary.

Expected Result:

Beneficiary should now display to Confirmed TB cases as All result are positive.

Actual Result:

Beneficiary is still showing in Suspected TB cases and not moving to Confirmed TB cases.
