Anthropometry data is not syncing on nurse side when filled from registrar module.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login with Registrar and Nurse with two devices.
2. fill Anthropometry data in registrar module.
3. Observe the data in Nurse module.

Expected Result:

Data should be synced in nurse module.

Actual Result:

Data is not synced yet and still it is showing Red sign in Nurse module.
