When registering a Beneficiary, Religion field is available in form.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Go to Register a Beneficiary.
2. Observe the field Religion.

Expected Result:

Religion field should not show in Beneficiary registration form as per PRD.

Actual Result:

In beneficiary registration form, Religion field is showing.
