After filling out all five examination screens and opening the Anthropometry screen in view mode, a pop-up appears asking to refer to the HWC center, even though the beneficiary has already been referred during the form-filling process.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open Anthropometry screen.
2. Fill all abnormal values.
3. Select >=100 in Temperature.
4. Alert show for HWC refer
5. Submit and open View.

Expected Result:

Alert will not show everytime viewing Anthropometry details

Actual Result:

Alert is showing after opening Anthropometry screen asking Refer to HWC card
