After filling Diagnostic form, Beneficiary is not moving to Confirm case when Liquid culture result = Positive.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open Examination form and complete in flow.
2. On Diagnostic screen, select Positive in Liquid culture test field.
3. Observe the referral card.

Expected Result:

Beneficiary should directly move to Confirm case when Liquid culture test result = Positive as per PRD.

Actual Result:

It is only moving after Suspected TB cases screening not to Confirmed TB case.
