Screen is stucking on All beneficiary List after submitting Diagnostic form.

Steps to Reproduce:
 
1.Complete Examination flow of any beneficiary.
2.Go back to Diagnostics screen.
3. Try to go back to All Beneficiary screen.
Expected Result:

User should go back to Home Tab.

Actual Result:
 
Unable to go back to Home tab and screen is stuck on All Beneficiary screen
This issue is inconsistent, sometimes it comes and sometimes it doesn't.
