In General OPD, After form submission saved medication value is not showing on clicking View icon.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open General OPD screen.
2. Fill all fields and submit and complete the flow.
3. View General OPD details.

Expected Result:

Medication values selected earlier by the user should be display in the form.

Actual Result:

Medication field is showing blank and selected medication values are not showing.
