1. When Gender is changing in edit mode than relation should also be editable 
2. "Tuberculosis" option missing from Reason for Death dropdown
3. When a Women is edit and Pregnant status change to Yes than Register Husband button is displaying.
4. "Maternal Death" option displayed for female beneficiaries outside the 15–49 age range.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Open edit of a female(Daughter) beneficiary.
2. Change Gender to Male.
3. Observe Relation field.
4. Now, click on Death field. 
5. Got to Reason for Death field and observe the dropdown values.
6. Now, Go to Are you pregnant field and select Yes.

Expected Result:

1. Relation field should also be editable so that it can also be updated.
2. Reason for Death dropdown should contain all PRD-defined options including "Tuberculosis".
3. After editing the Wife, Register Husband should not enable as Husband is already registered earlier.
4. "Maternal Death" should be displayed only when Gender = Female and Age is between 15 and 49 years. For Age = 55 years, the option should be hidden.

Actual Result:

1. Relation is not editable so in Gender it is showing Male and in relation is still showing Daughter.
2. "Tuberculosis" option is not available in the Reason for Death dropdown, although it is specified in the PRD.
3. Register Husband tab is enabling after editing the wife and change selection No to Yes in Are you pregnant field.
4. "Maternal Death" is displayed in the Reason for Death dropdown even when the beneficiary's age is 55 years.
