Abha Id is not creating as "SMS gateway unavailable" is displaying

      Abha Id creation functionality is not working as SMS Gateway error is displaying whenever entering OTP

      Steps to Reproduce:

      1. Login to the application.
      2. Navigate of Create Abha Number.
      3. Fill Aadhar number, Mobile number & Name and send OTP.
      4. Entered Otp.
      5. Validation error msg ""SMS gateway unavailable" is displaying

      Expected Result:

      Abha Id/Number should be successfully created.

      Actual Result:

      Abha Id is not creating due to SMS Gateway error.
