When all radio button answers in the Diagnostics module are set to NO, the beneficiary is still incorrectly moved to the Suspected TB Cases module. A beneficiary with all negative diagnostic results should NOT appear in Suspected TB Cases.
Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open Diagnostics for any beneficiary.
2. Set all fields to NO:
• Is Digital Chest X-ray conducted = NO
• True NAT conducted = NO
3. Tap Submit.
4. Navigate to TB module → Suspected TB Cases.
5. Observe if beneficiary appears.
Expected Result:
When all Diagnostics answers = NO:
- Beneficiary should NOT be moved to Suspected TB Cases.
- Beneficiary should remain in normal beneficiary list only.
- Suspected TB Cases should only show beneficiaries who have at least one TB symptom = YES in TB Screening OR a positive diagnostic result.
Actual Result:
Beneficiary appears in Suspected TB Cases module even when all Diagnostics answers are NO — no positive result or symptom to justify the routing.
