As a user, I want to be able to select a option for Facility & Outreach after logging in, so that I can work with location-specific data relevant to my tasks.

Acceptance Criteria:

• After login, the user is presented with a screen or modal to select Facility and Outreach.
• The selected values are applied to filter or load location-specific data throughout the session.
• The selected values persist across different modules or pages until changed or the session ends.
• The selection interface must be accessible, intuitive, and responsive across devices.
